Start CoolTerm and configure it for the Kunkin baudrate 8-N-1 and use your serial adapter COM port. Connect Kunkin and your serial adapter with a null modem cable 2-3 3-2 5-5 no shunts required on either side. Please make sure you have Kunkin KP184 configured for communication address 1 on the operating panel and record the configured baudrate to match with CoolTerm software configuration.
